Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of NextLevel Lighting Solutions LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by ID law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in ID for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
